It’s incredible. You’ve found an online seller  based in china who can offer you today’s hottest item or that laptop you’ve been searching for at a bargain price. You are anxious to get the item right away and agree to send the payment in cash, using a money transfer service (specifically western union) which is one of only two options of this seller named Shanghai Yilan Trading Co. Ltd.

The money is sent, but the item either is delayed or has arrived but the laptop you bought does not even work nor look like the one on the picture advertised on www.chinayilan.com website; to be specific this link…http://chinayilan.com/product_list.aspx?pcid=511

Unfortunately, the money has already been picked up. You’ve been a victim of a Chinese online fraud and scams which is growing every second.

You blame yourself, call yourself stupid and greedy.  You go straight to your computer and chat away angry but trying  to talk nice to the scammer hoping you recover a few hundreds or thousands of your money.  Your conversations go nowhere and asks you to give them time to investigate.  No you say, your frustrations shows, you want your money back now.  Hours passes by and conversations is going nowhere.  You give up, you threatened to expose and report them but in the back of your mind to who do you report to?  You are now on a hunt to find out how you are going to do make sure these people will be shut down.  It's no longer the money you want, you want to make sure a few Americans can be saved from falling into the hands of the smooth talking sellers who named themselves, Vivian Yilan, Amanda Lin, their english name but actually, these folks are one of the same, the recipient of the western money GAO ZHEN CHEN.  Now, you are on a CHINA SCAMS JIHAD.

Fraudulent sellers like CHINAYILAN.COM  can disappear into cyberspace easily, leaving buyers with few remedies against them. But there's a way…Microsoft employees with my cooperation (a victim and others who has now been contacted) are working on tracing their IP addresses   I may say, their IP address which is at the moment is 66.96.201.219 will change very soon and hide make up another domain name or IP address.  However, with Microsoft resources we will soon be able to track down who this people really are.  This is just one company.  This will be my first blog about this company but will update you on the results.
